You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. Many people reach out when something feels stuck, overwhelming, or hard to name - emotionally, relationally, or in their intimate life. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and explore change at your own pace. If you’re considering it, that curiosity is often a meaningful place to begin.
-
I work with individuals and couples through online or in-person integrative psychotherapy, couples therapy, and sex therapy. I also work from a trauma-informed approach, meaning therapy is paced carefully and grounded in safety, choice, and respect. People come with concerns such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, intimacy or desire issues, life transitions, or the impact of past experiences on present-day life.
-
Sessions take place via secure video call and last 60 minutes. You can join from a private, comfortable space - whether you’re living in Barcelona, Spain or somewhere in Europe. Online therapy offers flexibility and continuity, and it can be especially supportive for trauma-informed work, allowing you to remain in an environment where you feel safe and grounded.
-
The first session is a space to get to know each other and understand what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current situation, what feels important right now, and what you might hope for from therapy. I’ll also explain how I work, including my trauma-informed approach, and answer any questions you may have. There’s no pressure to share more than feels right.
-
Yes. Therapy is confidential and follows professional ethical standards. What you share is treated with care and respect, with clear explanations of the limited legal and ethical exceptions. Online sessions are conducted using secure platforms, and protecting your privacy and emotional safety is a central part of the work.

You’re welcome to begin with a free introductory call through my contact form. This gives you space to briefly share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. If it does, you can then book a first 60-minute session and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
